Tomato Marinade

In season, not a lot of garlic, but none better.

Uses: by itself {healthy} or in addition to most recipes, like hamburgerss needing something new.

3 tomatoes sliced however you like them.

Add marinade:

1/3 c. salad oil
1/8 c. wine vinegar
1/8 c. parsley or cilantro
1/8 c. diced onion
2 garlic cloves, diced or minced
1/2 tsp each of salt, dill weed, and basil
1/8 tsp pepper

refrigerate 2 hours, ENJOY
