A garlic spread for half your needs

From Fearless:

1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. white wine, i use n/a white wine coctail cooler from s&s.
1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 c. diced garlic
heat and reduce to 1 c. puree,
use with 1/2 c. most any cheese on pasta, rolls, vegetables etc.
