Donald says:

These garlic rubs i've not used yet and would appreciate any feedback

Cuban (adobo) , a garlic marinade found in some price conscious stores. good with beef, pork, lamb, fish, and shellfish. Size counts, so that a large pork leg may take 7 hours and shrimp may take 1 hour.
Blend:
5 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 c lime juice
1/3 c orange juice

Brazilian garlic marinade:
chops for 2 hours, legs to 8 hours; for pork, lamb, beef and poultry. (3 lbs)
6 cloves garlic peeled and minced
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tbl parsley or celentro
1 tbl rosemary
2 tsp hot sauce
1 tbl red wine vinegar
1/4 c minced onion
1/4 c white wine
3/4 c lime juice

Thank you, Donald. So does anyone have any feedback?
